We work closely with clients to bring their artistic visions to life, incorporating innovative solutions and high-quality craftsmanship into every project.

Payment for services rendered is due according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in the quotation. A deposit may be required to secure services, with the remaining balance to be settled upon completion of the project. Clients will receive clear and itemised invoices detailing all costs incurred.

While we strive to meet agreed-upon project timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as material availability or unexpected challenges may cause delays. In such cases, clients will be promptly informed of any schedule adjustments and provided with revised timelines

All designs, concepts, and creative work developed by Mawford Arts are considered intellectual property and remain the sole ownership of the studio unless explicit arrangements stating otherwise have been agreed upon in writing. Clients may request intellectual property rights for an additional fee.

Clients are welcome to request changes or revisions to projects within reason. Additional work requested that falls outside the scope of the original agreement may result in extra charges, with all changes documented and approved by both parties.

We prioritises the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 of our team members, clients, and collaborators. We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment during on-site installations and construction projects.

Client information, project details, and any sensitive data shared with Mawford Arts will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We commit to safeguarding all proprietary information and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

In the event of project cancellation, any costs incurred up to that point may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover work completed and materials purchased. Refunds for work not yet completed will be provided at the discretion of Mawford Arts, following a review process.

Should any disputes or disagreements arise, Mawford Arts is committed to resolving issues professionally and efficiently. We encourage open communication and dialogue to address concerns and find amicable solutions that satisfy all parties involved.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and effective delivery of our services, Mawford Arts will not be held liable for damages or losses incurred during the use or installation of our products, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. Clients are encouraged to review installation guidelines and take necessary precautions during use.
